Player Quorum

In a larger campaign, it is often unavoidable that somebody will not be available.

In the past, this has meant that weeks would go by until everyone was free to play, and half the session would be lost to recap.

To avoid this, I'm instituting a "Player Quorum" rule - if a certain amount of players are available, the game will go ahead and the absent PC's will be run as NPC's? for the session.

The players who are unavailable will be able to veto this, but it is hoped that the veto will be used sparingly... don't pretend you're the US at the UN Security Council. ;)
